Unconventional Career Paths Breakfast Event

Unconventional Career Paths Breakfast Event

This autumn, Trinity Women Graduates, Trinity Business Alumni and Trinity Development & Alumni invite you to Unconventional Career Paths — a special breakfast event at Trinity College Dublin exploring how meaningful careers are often anything but linear.

Join alumni, students, and members of the wider Trinity community for an inspiring morning of conversation, reflection, and connection. We are delighted to welcome Lucy Cronin, Vice President of Amazon’s EU Public Policy organisation, as our guest speaker. This event is open to professionals from all backgrounds.

The morning programme will include:

  • Keynote address by Lucy Cronin

  • Guided table discussions with alumni and executive guests

  • Networking over breakfast

Guest Speaker, Lucy Cronin

Lucy Cronin serves as Vice President of Amazon’s EU Public Policy organisation. She leads a team focused on advancing Amazon’s goals and protecting Amazon’s interests on policy, legislative, and regulatory issues through engagement with the region’s policy stakeholders.
Lucy is a senior public affairs professional with 30 years’ experience, working for a wide range of highly regulated sectors impacted by international, EU, national and local policy developments. During that time, Lucy has also been a director of a range of businesses, charities and NGOs and has delivered guest lectures on political communications at Dublin City University.
Lucy has a B.A. in political science from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in International Relations from Université Libre de Bruxelles.

The event will support the Trinity Access Programme (TAP), which promotes equitable access to education at Trinity.
