Women for Peace
Saturday, 17th of October 2026 · Trinity College Dublin
Trinity Women Graduates welcomes members and colleagues from our sister associations to Women for Peace, as part of the IrFUW conference.
The morning will explore women’s contributions to peacebuilding in communities, NGOs, politics and international affairs, and how their work can receive the public and historical recognition it deserves.
We are delighted that Dr Mary McAuliffe is confirmed to speak, with Áine Lawlor hosting. Pat Patton has also agreed to contribute a recorded message. Further speakers will be announced.
Through a panel discussion and round-table conversations, participants will have an opportunity to share perspectives and develop ideas and recommendations to be circulated across IrFUW, UWE and GWI.
We look forward to welcoming you for a morning of discussion, connection and shared ideas.
